CSE's Principal Engineer has been practicing structural engineering/ forensic engineering and building/home inspection for over 20 years. He is experienced in conducting due diligence studies for the banking industry including Property Condition Assessment and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of industrial, commercial, and multi-family residential properties. Property assessed range from the high-rise 30-story building to the single tenanted 5,000 square feet retail building.
Our principal engineer is also experienced in many aspects of structural design in a fast-track environment including reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, timber, aluminum structures, and their foundations, both shallow type and deep foundation systems. This work includes foundation for pre-engineered metal buildings, structures for bridges, manufacturing and warehousing, institutional, and commercial facilities.
Furthermore, he is experienced in seismic design per the latest international building code (IBC). Related experience includes load capacity analysis of existing structures, and checking structural calculations of culvert and bridge projects.
Industrial experience includes bulk-material-handling, power, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, chemical, food processing, pulp and paper, and automotive plants.
